I enrolled for virtual gemini AI workshop but it did not let me enter

I enrolled for virtual Google Gemini workshop workshop but it did not let me enter saying its a private event. Am I missing something here, is this not available for hackathon participants?

  They had issues and are rescheduling for Oct 25th
