How’s your She Builds AI with Women Techmakers project coming along?

Whether or not you have started building your She Builds AI with Women Techmakers project, the Devpost’s Discord Community is the perfect place to connect with other developers! Not only can you bounce ideas off each other and ask other developers for technical help, but you can also use it to ask the Women Techmakers and Devpost teams questions and eventually show off your project when it’s finished.

As a reminder: We’re looking for projects that use AI to address gender inequality challenges, many of which are outlined in UN Sustainable Development Goal 5.

Teaming up

Looking for a team to work with on your project? Post in the Discord Community to let people know what kind of project you’re looking to develop or what kind of team you’re looking for! You can also use the challenge Participants Tab to search for other developers looking to team up, check out their skills and message them to see if they want to collaborate.

Resources

Figuring out where to start with your project can sometimes be a hurdle in your building journey. The resources page can be a great place to find your footing and take advantage of the documents and other helpful tips, including more information about Google’s AI technologies and research and analysis for the current gender landscape.

Already working on your app, but could use a little help? In addition to asking questions in the Discord Community or Discussion forum, we will also be hosting office hours with Google experts in early November. All of these resources are there to assist and may bring you one step closer to a winning project.
